Indra Accreditation as Demining Organization under UN Regulations (IMAS)

Relations with UNOPS for the management and follow-up of the INDRA Accreditation
Obtaining the necessary company Certificates and preparation of the technical-administrative documentation for the accreditation as demining organization

Accreditation is issued by the UNOPS Mine Action Unit once companies comply with the IMAS mine clearance standards
The accreditation qualified Indra to manage and execute humanitarian demining projects under the UN supervision
For such aim it had to be developed and implemented within INDRA the following aspects:

• Activity Insurance and Life Insurance


• Indra's Capability building (staff, means and facilities)


• Demining Standing Operational Procedures (SOPs)


• Safety and prevention system


• Quality and environmental system
